Why are some of my Amazon settlements missing?

First, check Amazon Seller Central under to confirm if settlement files are available for direct download.
If the settlements are showing a button in Amazon, please click request on each settlement that you want to be imported into taxomate.
taxomate can only automatically import Settlement Version 2. To check if Settlement V2 is available head back over to
For each settlement period in the action column, you should see
If some of the older settlements are only in Flat File (V1) format, you can upload them manually (see Step 3 below).
If is missing please request Amazon Seller support convert your settlements to the newer (Flat V2) format. You can send a message to Amazon Seller Support that states: "Please enable the new flat file V2 format settlement reports for my Amazon Seller account".
You may need to raise the case several times or escalate to ensure you reach a qualified support rep from Amazon.
If you are under time pressure, you can always upload historical settlements through our interface.
Start by downloading the Flat File V2 settlements in Amazon Seller Central.
Once you have downloaded the settlement from Amazon Seller Central, head back over to taxomate and the page. Select the button at the bottom of the page and upload each of your settlements.
