Taxomate reads payouts from your sales channels and sends them to your accounting software.

These are not in the list of sales channels: WooCommerce, Temu, Faire, and stores that take payments with Stripe only. To ask for a channel, message us in the chat.
If you sell on a platform through Shopify, Taxomate sees the Shopify payout. It also sees the gateway payouts for the gateways you select in Taxomate.

Each Taxomate account connects to one accounting app at a time. You need one of these apps to use Taxomate. To change apps, see "Can I change the accounting system connection?".
One sales channel for each account. In Quick Setup you choose one sales channel for the account. After the account has a channel, the other channel tiles say Separate account. Select a tile to set up another account for that channel.
Another account. Open the account switcher and select Create another account. Choose a Sales channel. Under Billing, choose Add to my current subscription or Bill separately.
Plans. A single-channel plan covers one channel. If you add an account with a different channel, you need a multi-channel plan, or you bill the new account separately. If you use the same channel again (for example a second Etsy shop), a single-channel plan is enough. Accounts that share one subscription share its monthly order allowance. See "Manage your plan, card and automatic plan upgrades".
Amazon and eBay can have more than one marketplace in one account. On the Connections page, select Connect another marketplace for Amazon, or Add marketplace for eBay.
Does Taxomate work with my sales channel? Check the table above. If it is not there, it is not supported yet.
Can I use Taxomate without accounting software? No. You need QuickBooks Online, Xero or Wave. See "Is it possible to use Taxomate without accounting software?".
Can I send my sales to two accounting apps? One app for each account. When one accounting app is connected, the Connections page hides the other two.
