Your bank account where Amazon deposits are made should be connected to your QuickBooks or Xero. Additionally, you can connect your credit card, if you use to pay Amazon fees.

taxomate allows you to select these bank accounts or credit cards to link your invoices to your accounts. This makes it much easier to reconcile your invoices in QuickBooks or Xero.

Once you update, your accounts go back to Settlements.
For each settlement you have already sent to QuickBooks or Xero, select Delete for the sales receipt, invoice.

Scroll to the bottom of each settlement and select Refresh and scroll to the top and select Send to QuickBooks or Send to Xero.
