You may have received a notification from Amazon to renew your Amazon connection, or your dashboard in taxomate is showing a connection issue. This usually occurs around a year of connecting Amazon to taxomate. Amazon does this for security purposes.
We have added an easy way to renew your connection. All you have to do is go to Settings > Connections and select the refresh button next to the particular marketplace.
You will then be asked to authorize the Amazon marketplace. Once you authorize it will bring you back to taxomate and you will be all set.
