# How do I enable Shopify payment gateways?

How to enable Shopify payment gateways in Taxomate.

PayPal is on by default. You can turn on other payment gateways yourself.

1.  Go to **Settings > Connections** and select **Shopify**.
    
2.  Select **Manage gateways**.
    
3.  In **Manage Shopify gateways**, tick each gateway you use. The box shows how many gateways are selected.
    
4.  Choose **Gateway payout grouping**: **Daily** (one payout per payment day) or **Monthly** (one payout per calendar month).
    
5.  Select **Save gateways**, read the review, and confirm with **Save Shopify gateways**.
    

Payouts already sent keep their existing grouping. If you use **Automatic sending**, your usual automatic sending settings still apply.

The window saves your choices for the first Shopify store on the account.
