Updated over a week ago

⚡️ OPTION 1. 1-Click Auto Sync Everything

The easiest way to send your settlement to your account software is to select the sync button on the top right.

This action will synchronize all settlements or payouts within Taxomate, encompassing any added post-activation of the sync feature. Additionally, if you have activated the COGS invoices option, these will also be transmitted during the sync.

⚡️ OPTION 2. Auto Sync Going Forward

If you prefer to synchronize only the settlements that are imported from Amazon going forward, ignoring any that are currently in your Taxomate account, you can configure this preference in settings.

Navigate to Settings, then select Invoice, and check the Auto Sync option.

Once you enable auto sync, just remember to click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

⚡️ OPTION 3. Manually Send Settlements/Payouts

Instead of using auto sync, you can also send each settlement or payout manually by selecting the Send to QuickBooks/Wave/Xero button next to each settlement.

You can also send the settlement after viewing the settlement details directly.

In the settlement details, you will see the Send to QuickBooks/Xero/Wave button.

⚡️ OPTION 4. Bulk Manually Send Settlements/Payouts

Please Note: At this time, Xero's API only allows us to send five settlements at a time.

You have the option to bulk send settlements or payouts by either clicking the Checkbox adjacent to each settlement you intend to send or by choosing the Select All option near the filters button.

Once you select all the settlements or payouts you would like to send, click the Send to Quickbooks/Wave/Xero button on the toolbar.

⚡️ Where will the settlements/payouts be posted?

QuickBooks Online

In QuickBooks, the settlement/payout will be posted as a journal entry or sales invoice, which can easily be matched with your bank payment from your sales channel. You must connect your bank account separately to QuickBooks to properly reconcile.

Xero Accounting

In Xero, the settlement/payout will be posted as a sales invoice, which can similarly be matched to your bank payment from your sales channel. You must connect your bank account separately to Xero to properly reconcile.

Wave

In Wave, the settlement/payout will be posted as a sales invoice, which can be matched to your bank payment from your sales channel. You must connect your bank account separately to Wave to properly reconcile.
