Sometimes you will see a warning icon on a Shopify payout. This means that Taxomate determined the transaction data provided by Shopify is not balancing to the total payout amount provided by Shopify for that period.

If you click in the payout you will see the difference in amounts calculated by Taxomate and the expected deposit amount.

The issue is usually due to an order change processed after the payout was made from Shopify. In this case, a manual adjustment in your accounting software may be required to match the order change processed after the payout.
