Your 14-day free trial starts when you choose a plan and add a payment card (in Quick Setup, select Start 14-day free trial). A card is required, but nothing is due today. We do not charge you during the trial.
There is one free trial per seller account. If you had a Taxomate subscription before, your plan starts without a trial.
When the trial ends
We charge your card for the plan and billing period you chose on the day the trial ends.
Your plan then renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
You can see your plan and its status (Trial) in Settings > Billing.
What the trial imports
Your trial imports payouts from the 90 days before your trial started. Older payouts import automatically after your first payment.
To get older payouts sooner, select Start plan now in the dialog for importing older payouts. This ends your trial early and charges your card for the plan now. It is not available when Shopify bills your plan. See "How far back does Taxomate import? Getting older payouts and settlements".
Do not want to continue?
Cancel at any time before the trial ends. Go to Settings > Billing. Under Cancel or close, select Cancel subscription, then confirm. Your subscription ends when the trial ends, and you are not charged.
